Exclusive | Sylvester Stallone buys a Hamptons mansion for $24.95 million in an all-cash deal

Sylvester Stallone has closed on a beautiful home in the Hamptons for his daughters — for around $25 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

In a secret move, the “Rocky” legend flew to New York from Palm Beach weeks before the closing to visit the mansion for the first time. That’s because he had signed a contract and put down a hefty deposit to buy the ritzy mansion before setting eyes on it in person, as Gimme previously reported.

“He was just doing a FaceTime tour as of late,” a source said.

It’s an all-cash deal for the home’s full $24.95 million asking price, we hear. The transaction does not yet appear in sales data.

Sly’s three daughters — Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet, two of whom now live on the East Coast, as chronicled in the second season of “The Stallone Family” on Paramount+ — are excited about the purchase, the source said.

Stallone, 78, and his wife, former model Jennifer Flavin, 56 — who live like empty nesters in a $35 million Palm Beach mansion — also plan to spend time at the Hamptons home, the source added.

The new construction, eight-bedroom residence is in East Hampton. It was developed by interior designer James Michael Howard and fully furnished.

Turnkey ready, it is filled with expensive antiques, custom furnishings, art and finishes. The 11,644-square-foot spread is also a mile from the Atlantic — and that’s a record price for the non-oceanfront neighborhood, the source also added.

As it stands, the house is perfect, with a pool and pool house on 1.12 acres.

It opens to a double-height foyer, a staircase and a great room that leads to an eat-in chef’s kitchen. There is also a formal dining room with dazzling colors, a family room with a wood burning fireplace, radiant heated floors, a screen room and a master bedroom suite.

The co-listing brokers are Martha Gundersen and Paul Brennan, both of Douglas Elliman, and Gary DePersia of Corcoran — all of whom declined to comment.
