The island paradise where Harry and Meghan had a secret getaway could be yours – for $80 million

The island paradise where Harry and Meghan were said to have a secret getaway is for sale for $79.5 million.

Exotic property broker Vladi Private Islands says the listing – dubbed the “Ultimate Package” and billed as the perfect Christmas present – features Kaibu Island in Fiji’s Lau archipelago.

The then-newlyweds were reported to have spent the night at the idyllic tropical hideaway on a break from engagements on a 2018 royal tour.

The island includes an 800-acre resort, three villas, an airstrip, an airplane and a golf course, and is the only private island in the world to include its own submarine from U-Boat Worx.

Onshore operations are solar-powered and “follow organic standards,” while a desalination plant supplies drinking water for the entire island.

There are also 6 miles of paved roads in case you manage to get a car there.

Farhad Vladi, CEO of Vladi Private Islands, said: “Christmas is just around the corner and the race to buy the perfect gift is well and truly on. But what to buy the person who already has it all? Enter our pack of cloud Ultimate.

“Kaibu Island is the ultimate destination for keen explorers. The island itself is perhaps the most complete private island property available today,” Vladi continued.

“With the addition of the Worxsubmarine U-Boat and the Twin Otter aircraft, we are proud to present a package unlike any other on the market.”

“With Kaibu Island as the ultimate base for exploration, this pack sets a new benchmark for adventure and exclusivity.”

In 2018, Hello! reported that Harry and Meghan had stayed at the ultra-luxurious Vatuvara Private Island resort in Kaibu during their first royal tour.

The couple spent 16 days traveling through Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand, making 76 engagements.
